Katie Kelly

Katie began her career in the property industry in 2011, entering the sector with a non‑traditional academic background in Criminology and Sociology.  She strengthened her professional foundation by completing a Master’s degree in Real Estate at the College of Estate Management in 2014.

She developed her early career within one of the UK’s largest and leading shopping centres, gaining substantial hands on experience across day to day operations, service charge management, stakeholder engagement and delivering high quality occupier relationships. This grounding gave Katie a strong commercial understanding of how retail destinations operate and how to maximise asset performance.

In 2018, Katie transferred to Savills, bringing with her extensive operational knowledge, which she further broadened through the management of an additional major shopping centre. Her experience spans complex, high-footfall environments where proactive communication, financial oversight and strategic planning are essential.   Originally part of the London Retail Team, Katie has since transitioned to the Property Management team in Manchester, where she continues to develop her portfolio and deepen her industry expertise.  

She also has a growing interest in leveraging systems and technology to drive efficiencies and enhance management delivery.

Outside of work, Katie is a mum of three energetic boys, which means she’s highly skilled in negotiation, crisis management and locating missing football boots at short notice. A devoted Liverpool FC fan, she also proudly supports her eldest son’s team, Marina Rosso!

Katie recently returned to netball after a brief 20‑year break, joining a local team and winning the division in her debut season. She plans to continue her comeback, proving that muscle memory (and competitive spirit) never truly fades.
