Kate joined the economics team as an associate director in June 2023. She has a specialism in education, and leads on the education consultancy service.
Kate joined Savills after spending 13 years working in school organisation teams within local authorities. Her areas of expertise include pupil forecasting and demand analysis, S106 policy for education, and statutory process around education delivery.
The education consultancy service provides bespoke analysis of education infrastructure requirements associated with housing development, supporting clients at various stages of the planning process.
Kate has lived in North Hertfordshire for the majority of her life and enjoys being part of the local community and spending time with friends and family.
