Jon is an expert in office leasing and development having advised developer, investor and occupier clients at Savills for over 25 years.
Having joined Savills as a graduate in 1998, Jon has led Savills Office leasing teams across London, the South East and the whole UK .
A UK Board member, Jon's current role is in the provision of Strategic Development Leasing advice on large, long-term office, science and workspace projects.
With particular focus in central London, Oxford and Cambridge, Jon works closely with our local agency teams, cross sector groups including Savills Science and Workplace, Development Consultancy and Investment teams in delivering our sector expertise for high profile projects.
Outside of work Jon is a lifelong Liverpool fan, a more recent Wycombe Wanderers fan, a keen Cherwell League cricketer and a very amateur painter.
