John is a specialist in residential valuation working primarily in central London. He joined Savills in 1998.
John has extensive knowledge of the central London property market having valued and negotiated enfranchisement cases during his time at Savills. His experience includes loan security and portfolio valuations, buying freeholds, rent reviews and appearing as an expert witness.
Current work includes valuations for banks, ground rent investors, tax accountants, developers and on the large London estates.
He now lives in south west London and enjoys getting to the beaches on the south coast whenever possible.
