John specialises in providing asset management, investment planning, repairs and maintenance, landlord compliance, and procurement support to clients in the affordable housing sector.
John joined Savills in 2016 and has worked with a number of registered providers to develop their approach to asset management strategy, investment planning and programme delivery. He has also supported clients in reviewing and developing their approach to landlord compliance.
Prior to joining Savills John worked in senior roles in the sector with responsibility for a range of areas including asset management, investment planning, repairs and maintenance, project management, asset performance evaluation and compliance. He has additional experience in funding and delivering new build housing for the affordable and private rented sectors. He has been a regular speaker at conferences and written for best practice guides.
