Joe joined Savills as a graduate in September 2017 and works as an associate director for Savills Financial Consultants, which is part of the wider housing division of Savills.
Joe specialises in the provision of treasury management, debt and hedging advisory advice to predominantly UK housing association clients and helps support them in raising finance across the banking and debt capital markets.
Since January 2023, the team has advised on over £4.6bn of new and restructured debt finance.
Outside of work Joe likes to keep fit and healthy by participating in a variety of sporting activities such as rugby, running and golf.
