Jim heads-up the London design and contract administration (DCA) team within the building & project consultancy division and specialises in refurbishment.
Jim has extensive experience and specialises in the delivery of development and refurbishment projects across prime residential and commercial estates, predominantly in London and the south east. He works closely with Savills residential management, commercial management and agency teams. He provides feasibility advice and acts as lead consultant and project manager for projects; maintaining and enhancing both rent roles and capital values for client's assets and portfolios. Jim also regularly undertakes reinstatement work relating to insurance claims on behalf of both properties owners and insurers.
