Jane has almost three decades development experience within the not for profit sector, and has been a director since 2000. Jane specialises in the procurement and delivery of affordable housing.
Jane is a chartered building surveyor and worked for six years as a building surveyor in a leading construction consultancy firm prior to moving to the not for profit sector. Jane has developed strong people management and communication skills as well as excelling in evaluating risks and providing strategic direction to clients.
She has successfully managed significant housing development programmes and the project management of housing schemes including the provision of affordable housing for rent, shared ownership homes, private sale homes, regeneration projects, joint ventures, major repairs and supported housing.
Jane has experience of successfully leading the national re-structure of the development department at Salvation Army housing association as well as the re-structure of development delivery team and subsequent merger of teams at Notting Hill.
