Jane acts as a lead consultant on strategic projects, appearing at appeal inquiries and plan examinations and has acted as a High Court expert witness. She advises on a range of matters from planning strategy to securing planning permissions through negotiation and at appeal. Her range of projects cover large scale estate regeneration and notable housing and infrastructure projects across London to promotion of strategic land in the Home Counties.
