James specialises in the retail investment. He joined Savills in 2017 following 14 years prior experience in this area of expertise.
James has a masters degree in real estate from the university of Reading and qualified as a member of the RICS in 2005. He joined Savills as a director in 2017.
He advises a broad range of clients on the acquisition and sale of retail assets with a principal focus on shopping centres and high street assets.
James is keen on most sporting activities including golf, tennis and anything on the water.
