James joined Savills in 2012 and is responsible for providing acquisition and disposal advice within the retail warehouse, leisure and foodstore sectors.
With approximately two decades of experience, James has advised funds, property companies and private investors on many high profile transactions throughout the UK. Whilst now specialising within the Investment market, James also had the benefit of working as an occupational agent during the early part of his career advising both landlords and retailers.
