James Hopkins

James began his career as a property manager in central London in 2010 and since then has worked for clients with hugely varying portfolios all across the city.

Most recently, James has been working with Taylor Wimpey central London on The Boutique Collection. Being involved from shortly after practical completion, he has been part of the set-up of services & utilities, management of defects, staff training as well as providing first class customer relations skills for the new residents.

Being involved in these projects has given James a solid understanding on what is required when setting up and providing management services for the larger blocks and their residents, whilst due to the variety of buildings held by previous clients, he is also adept with blocks containing only a handful of units.
