James joined hotels valuations in June 2019. He provides valuation, development and feasibility advice for hotels across the UK and Europe.

Beginning as an intern in the hotels team in 2018, James then went on to complete a Masters in Real Estate from Reading University before starting on the Graduate Program at Savills in the hotel valuation team.

James specialises in providing hotel valuation, feasibility and development advice to lenders, hotel owners, private equity, debt funds and HNWIs.

James enjoys travelling and has worked on a number of valuation and feasibility studies throughout Europe and Caribbean.
