Jack is an associate director in the residential development consultancy team based in London and focusing on residential and mixed-use schemes across the capital.
He has been at Savills since 2020 and specialises in mainstream residential opportunities within the M25.
Prior to joining Savills, Jack worked for developer Berkeley Homes, as well as Westminster City Council. Drawing experience from a diverse portfolio of projects across London Jack then moved into agency, focusing on consultancy and strategy services for a wide array of clients in both private and affordable sectors.
The development consultancy team follows the entire development process, looking for ways to optimise the product and maximise profitability for our clients. This development process goes hand-in-hand with the design process and one of the most crucial parts of this is ensuring the scheme is relevant to the target market. Once we have identified the target market and proposed values, we will then work with the wider design team to refine aspects such as the design, layouts, specification, amenities and relevant place-making.
Originally from Cornwall, Jack enjoys any sports/activities that get him out on the water.
