Jack Conroy

Jack joined Savills in September 2020 as a Graduate Planner, after graduating from Newcastle University with MPlan (Master of Planning) First Class Honours. Jack was elected as a Chartered Town Planner in December 2021.

Prior to joining Savills, Jack worked at several private sector planning consultancies during his time at university. Jack also undertook a year-long placement working within the property development division of a public sector body in London, supporting on residential and mixed-use schemes.

Jack provides town planning advice at all stages throughout the planning process, across a variety of residential, industrial and commercial projects for an expanding range of clients. Jack has comprehensive experience within the planning and development process, including initial site identification and feasibility appraisals, advising on planning strategies and coordinating pre-application discussions and subsequent scheme revisions, through to the coordination and submission of planning applications and appeals. Jack also has experience assisting with a variety of post-determination considerations including Section 106 obligations and planning conditions.
