Hilary joined Savills in 2015 and has been working in the London Retail Management team since 2017.

Hilary specialises in the management of retail park and leisure schemes and is the key contact in Savills London team managing the LGIM retail and leisure portfolio. Services range from core property management, service charge budgeting, landlord and tenant advice, rent reviews, lease renewals, and co-ordination of internal and external surveyors and consultants.

Hilary qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2013 and prior to working in property management, was in the out of town agency team of a small London practice.
