Gareth provides development viability, affordable housing valuation and agency advice dealing for a range a clients. Recently he's been at the forefront of affordable housing advice for PRS projects.
Prior to joining Savills in 2011 Gareth worked for housing associations and local authorities in a career that began in 1999.
In his spare time, other than playing squash, Gareth's a musician and has represented Savills at the annual construction rocks event in support of Land Aid.
