Fred Acheson-Gray

Fred works to support cross border investment activity into Germany, CEE and the Nordics, focusing on the office sector.

Fred holds an MA from the University of Edinburgh, and holds an RICS-accredited MSc from London Southbank University in Real Estate. 

Having previously worked with real estate adviser Resolute Asset Management LLP on projects across Romania, Italy and Montenegro, Fred joined Savills in March 2017. Since joining he has worked on a diverse range of disposal, acquisition and advisory projects in Germany, the Nordics and CEE, with a value in excess of €1bn.
