Most of Finnbharr’s time is spent introducing ultra high net worth buyers to some of the finest homes in the South of England. He prides himself on offering the highest levels of discretion, attention and service, tuning in to what buyers are seeking at the very top end of the market and aligning their requirements with his clients’ properties, both privately and on the open market.

His path into property could be described as slightly unconventional. After studying bespoke tailoring at university, he quickly realised it was the client-facing side of the craft that most appealed. He has honed those skills since joining Savills in 2021, covering Mayfair, Marylebone and St John’s Wood, followed by a secondment to The Private Office, before taking up his current role in the sale of super prime country houses.

Finnbharr grew up on a family farm in Herefordshire and is driven by a deep-rooted passion for rural life. He enjoys travelling the patch, which stretches from Hampshire to Gloucestershire and down to Devon, building rapport with both clients and buyers. He thrives on understanding their needs, helping them reach a successful conclusion, and embracing the fact that no two houses or working days are ever the same.
