Emma Kennedy

Having joined the strategic team at KKS as a junior designer, Emma has steadily gained experience in the intricates of development schemes - both new build and refurbishment.

A key strategic team member, Emma works with architects, developers and consultants to review base build schemes for flexibility, efficiency and usability, bringing the occupier’s voice to commercial developments and future proofing assets. She also undertakes the occupier analysis, space planning exercises, and data crunching that provides the empirical foundation of business workplace strategy. 

Originally from New Zealand, Emma enjoys getting out into the countryside on a sunny day to balance the hustle and bustle of London.
