Emma joined Savills in 2014 and works in the Margaret Street office undertaking valuations of residential property within London.
Emma is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. She works within the valuation division undertaking Red Book valuations of residential single unit, investment and development properties, predominantly for loan security purposes. Her experience is based mainly within prime central London, valuing landmark developments, super-prime portfolios and trophy assets.
Outside her day-to-day work, Emma is an APC Supervisor and RICS APC Assessor, in addition to a number of mentoring roles.
Emma graduated from the University of Exeter in 2013, before completing a Real Estate masters at the University of Reading.
