Emma is a chartered building surveyor, specialising in development monitoring and technical due diligence.

Emma joined Savills in 2018 to bolster the development monitoring offering having spent a number of years dedicated to monitoring development on behalf of banks and debt funds.

Emma's experience of monitoring is across all sectors including a number of 3D volumetric modular residential schemes and on development loans ranging from £2million to £350million.
