Dean qualified as a Chartered surveyor in 2006 and specialises in the valuation of commercial property and mixed use development sites mainly for loan security purposes.
Before beginning a career in the commercial valuation team at Savills in 2006, Dean previously worked at the City valuation office Agency (VOA) where he specialised in taxation (rating, inheritance tax and capital gains tax), landlord and tenant and compulsory purchase. Alongside working at the VOA, Dean completed a self-funded property masters degree at Cass Business School.
Dean has over 15 years of valuation experience covering a broad spectrum of sectors, from central London offices, to industrial estates, complex mixed use development sites and even lock-up retail units in Tonypandy!
