David has been a director in Savills London valuation department since 2005 and has been a valuer for over 30 years.
David undertakes valuations across the UK. He specialises in valuing complex properties and development situations, both commercial and residential, principally for loan security purposes. He started work undertaking fund and Japanese valuations in the late 1980s.
David rose to become head of valuation and a board director at his previous firm where he was also valuer to the Bank of England. As well as valuation work, he was instrumental in setting up the Wellcome Trust instruction at Savills in 2011.
