David has over 40 years experience in providing asset management advice to clients and undertaking commercial property management throughout the UK and the Channel Islands.

He is client director for a number of property companies and asset manager for a significant overseas family trust. David also carries out commercial professional work for both landlords and tenants across all sectors throughout the UK, as well as providing strategic advice to commercial property owners. He was previously the managing director of a niche commercial property management advisory company which was acquired by GBR Phoenix Beard in 2015. GBRPB was acquired by Savills in 2016 when David joined as a Consultant Director
