David joined Savills in September 2025 to lead the hotel capital markets practice across EMEA.

David joined Savills in September 2025 from Invesco Real Estate where he headed up hotel and alternative investments across Europe. Prior to Invesco, David worked for InterContinental Hotels Group in senior roles including M&A, head of investor relations, and head of European development.

David draws on his extensive experience to provide advice to clients in the hotel sector across all aspects of transactions, capital structures, and asset management.

Outside of work David enjoys running, skiing, golf and spending time with his family.
