Christiane is an analyst in the housing consultancy team. She provides asset performance modelling for housing associations and local authority clients.
Christiane joined Savills in Summer 2014. An experienced consultant, she brings with her a range of experience from housing and economic development projects. Examples of projects include: commercial property market assessments and feasibility studies for local authorities, analysis of occupancy data for a business centre management firm, development of a monitoring framework for a developer to report against S106 obligations, and financial modelling to support business planning for newly established social enterprises.
Christiane's chief areas of focus are financial modelling and asset management, for housing associations and local authority clients. She prepares financial models to support option appraisals and leads on performance assessment against social objectives.
