Christian joined Savills as a graduate in 2015, having graduated with a degree in planning and development from Nottingham Trent University.
Christian is a chartered surveyor and registered valuer who provides specialist development advise on all aspects of planning and development strategy to landowners with strategic land holdings. This includes advising on option and promotion agreements for strategic landholdings, negotiations with planning authorities and developers, viability assessments and valuation advise.
Christian is responsible for taking greenfield, agricultural land through the development process, adding value by obtaining optimised planning consent before disposing of the asset.
