Chris joined Savills in 2014. He works between the Bristol and Cardiff offices where he provides valuation advice and related consultancy, predominantly to the social housing sector.
Chris started in rural/general practice in 2002, but has specialised in valuation since 2005 and has worked within the social housing sector since 2009. Whilst his main area of work is funding valuations of social housing stock, he often provides valuations for development, rent setting, transfer and other related consultancy.
Chris's diverse background in valuation enables him to adapt to different client requirements and he prides himself on working with clients to ensure they get the service which is best suited to their needs.
