Charlotte is an associate in the hotel capital markets team. She joined Savills in November 2023 from edyn Group where she worked as an acquisitions analyst covering all acquisitions for the Locke and Cove aparthotel brands across the UK and Europe.
In her previous role at edyn, Charlotte was involved in numerous acquisitions of various asset types for conversion to aparthotels, namely offices, hotels, and land only. Most notably, she was involved in the acquisition of an 18th century asset in central Paris for conversion to an aparthotel.
Charlotte works in hotel capital markets team with a focus on UK and European hotel transactions. Her core responsibilities are in the evaluation and marketing of hotel investment opportunities, and managing the sale processes including client and buyer correspondence. Charlotte's strengths in financial and market analysis allow her to quickly identify client's needs and deliver meaningful, tailored insights to enable informed decisions.
Charlotte is passionate about traveling around the world and experiencing new cultures and countries. She is also a keen swimmer, having competed at a young age whilst growing up in France.
