Charlotte Fairman

After completing her degree, Charlotte joined Savills in 2017 as the team co-ordinator within the risk & compliance audit team. Charlotte continued to gain extensive experience across the internal audit function, undertaking the QMS Internal Auditor Qualification. 

This led to her promotion in 2020 to internal auditor, where Charlotte's responsibility was conducting pre-audit remotes for all agency and commercial teams, as well as, handling the non-conformances raised from internal audits.

Charlotte now heads up the formal complaints process for the UK across 17 divisions, dealing directly with customers and the offices to address any concerns that may be raised.
