Charlotte has been part of the commercial valuation team since 2003 and specialises in loan security valuations of office, industrial and retail properties.
After graduating from Queen Mary University of London having obtained a BSc (Hons) in economics, Charlotte joined Grosvenor Hill Ventures, Savills' then in-house Investment company, where she benefited from involvement in all elements of property Investment and asset management.
Charlotte has considerable experience in undertaking valuations for loan security purposes across the UK and in all property sectors. She sits on the Best Practice board ensuring Savills high standards are maintained.
