Charlie joined Savills in 2010 and is a member of the business space investment team. He specialises in industrial investment advice and development funding.
Charlie has worked in the national investment division since qualifying in 2012, with the initial two years spent working with the portfolio investment team, followed by a move into the business space investment team where he now works, specialising on the Industrial sector.
Having started his training in the City investment team back in 2010, he never imagined his career would take him to the other end of the (perceived) quality spectrum, sheds!
This highlights Charlie's versatility and adaptability in the investment industry, something he prides himself on and is constantly looking to enhance.
