Caroline leads the Workplace & Design team at Savills, advising major occupiers on transformation strategies.
Having studied Spatial Design at college, Caroline entered the office design sector in 1989, initially focusing on space planning and interior design for offices, then in 1999 progressing her career within the area of workplace and development strategy consultancy.
In 2004 Caroline was a founding member of KKS, an award winning architectural practice, which joined Savills in 2019.
Caroline's goal on every project is a user experience that fosters cohesion, culture and business productivity. Each step on the occupier journey is a collaboration, beginning with the empirical analysis of space usage, engaging with stakeholders and evaluating appetite for change, to defining a new workplace landscape for clients specifically within the legal, corporate, financial and insurance sectors.
Having recently become a cycling commuter, she enjoys discovering all the green spots, parks and river paths in Southwest London, where she lives with her husband Nick, and son Franklin.
