Callum has developed his expertise in retail over the past decade and now works as part of the global retail team at Savills.

Callum advises both landlords and occupiers on retail leasing strategy, flagship store acquisitions, and tenant mix with a focus on London’s most prominent retail destinations. Callum's expertise lies in working with retailers on their expansion strategies and leading landlords on delivering leasing strategies that enhance asset performance, elevate brand visibility, and contribute to the long-term vitality of the global retail landscape.

A significant part of Callum's role has been working alongside Sam Foyle, Co-Head of Prime Global Retail as part of a team that has delivered a number of the largest retail deals in the UK and are well regarded as the leading Oxford Street advisors, with over 50% market share in recent years. Callum advises on every facet of the Retail market including landlord agency, investment, tenant representation and development, whilst providing thoughtful and challenging strategic advice.
