Callum joined Savills building and project consultancy team as a graduate in 2019 at Margaret Street.
Callum has delivered a range of developments in the industrial and logistics sector, from the pre purchase due diligence stage, through to planning, construction and occupier handover.
These developments include greenfield and brownfield sites as well as refurbishment of existing assets. His client base includes developers, investors and occupiers.
