Blair Boyle

Prior to joining Savills Blair gained 2 years of experience as a workplace designer for a boutique interior design practice in London. He also worked as a research fellow for the British Council at the 16th International Architecture Biennale in Venice and studied in Dundee, Shanghai, Mechelen and Kuala Lumpur.

Since joining Savills in 2021 Blair has provided expertise to clients who are looking to to transform their workplaces and working methods. He has worked with clients across many sectors from financial and insurance to legal and corporate helping each evolve their approaches taking in to consideration their unique requirements and the wider market positions. Blair works seamlessly with the strategy (occupier, developer and change) teams to create coordinated and carefully considered concepts that help clients rationalise and understand the full potential of their workplaces.

Blair works within a dynamic team who persistently deliver remarkable workplace design projects. His primary areas of expertise include space planning, 3D modelling, and FF&E specification, all of which contribute to the development and delivery of distinctive and bespoke projects. With a keen eye for concept development, he consistently generates fresh and inspiring ideas, translating them into practical, distinctive solutions that align with the client's vision. His specialisation in CAT-B Fitouts have ensured meticulous attention to detail and innovative problem-solving, resulting in high-quality fitouts that regularly surpass client expectations. This collective experience underscores the team's commitment to creating exceptional workplace environments, delivering tailored solutions for each project.

Originally from Scotland Blair likes to visit his family there often (usually in the warmer months). He enjoys travelling to new places and experiencing new cultures. Through various initiatives he's been able to visit 4 of the 7 continents (so far). He lives locally to Regent's park and enjoys walking around it and heading up into Camden Town at the weekends.
