Andrew Holden

Andrew started his career in 1991 and now has several decades experience in property management. As Head of UK Surveying Andrew has responsibility for ensuring high standards of service delivery, whilst keeping pace with an ever changing market and client demands.

Hands-on experience of handling transition, mobilisation and running of national portfolios gives Andrew a broad outlook suited to dealing with varied and complex projects. During his career this has included the set up and running of regional offices in the UK. Since joining Savills Andrew has been involved in delivering and mobilising large scale investor portfolios.

He also has specific experience in large outsourcing projects from commencement ensuring the approach to TUPE service delivery and data management matches the wider property management objectives of the client.
