Alastair is a RICS registered valuer specialising in residential valuation, and specifically in leasehold reform matters.

Having joined Savills in 2004, Alastair has carried out all aspects of residential valuation, including for loan security, matrimonial, taxation and leasehold reform matters. The latter has included appearing before the valuation tribunals and providing expert evidence. Alastair currently provides leasehold reform valuation and negotiations services and where necessary attending tribunals for some of London’s great estates. This includes overseeing and managing the claims process and strict reporting deadlines.
