Alan has been working as a director in the London head office since 2001 specialising in lease consultancy on a national level primarily within the industrial and logistics sectors.
Alan has nearly three decades of experience of dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals and acting as expert witness in third party proceedings. He also advises on sales and leaseback deals, surrenders and re-gearings. He is an expert in all aspects of landlord & tenant law, and has extensive knowledge of representing clients at court proceedings and oral hearings.
Alan is passionate about lease consultancy and uses a combination of entrepreneurial flair, technical competence and market expertise in his role.
