Following qualification, she strategically pivoted from her agency and commercial experience at the London head office to the Midlands team—returning to the region where she grew up. Her background spans valuation, retail agency, office investment and property management, providing her with a strong understanding of the full property lifecycle.  

Today, Aimée specialises in the sale of new residential developments. She works closely with developers in the delivery, positioning and marketing of their schemes, while also supporting buyers in securing their next home or investment. Her expertise includes consultancy, sales and end‑to‑end marketing strategies for new homes across Birmingham and the wider Midlands region.
