His experience includes city centre residential developments for both private sale and build to rent, apartment and housing developments in provincial towns and rural areas, and individual residential properties of over £1 million. He has particular expertise valuing houses of over £5 million. valuations are undertaken for both loan security and expert witness purposes.
He also advises on the valuation of housebuilders' assets as part of management buy outs.
Tom specialises in the north west market, with considerable experience in north Wales and the Isle of Man.
