Tom is an economist in the planning economics team. He joined Savills in 2019 from a specialist economic development consultancy and is based in Manchester.
Tom has worked in property-led development since 2016, following a degree in economics.
Tom provides advice on public spending proposals (Business Cases) and has been involved with City, Growth and Town Deals, as well as the Housing Infrastructure, Transforming Cities, Future High Streets, and Brownfield Land Funds.
He also specialises in preparing feasibility studies for large-scale new developments and infrastructure proposals on behalf of investors and public sector bodies.
Tom is a member of Greater Manchester Combined Authority’s young professionals panel on infrastructure and regeneration.
