Paul joined Savills in 2006 working on a broad range of projects specialising in retail and industrial properties nationwide.
Paul is an associate director of the Savills Manchester building & project consultancy team with over a decade of experience at Savills.
His wide range of experience in building surveying includes all aspects of professional and project services specialising in retail projects. Acting as lead consultant, Paul is involved with projects from inception with the asset managers and clients to producing and agreeing works with tenants and running projects with solicitors, planning consultants and agents.
Paul is a key contact for large funds and coordinates works across the UK for a number or national clients.
