Matthew works closely with the Investment, agency and management teams at Savills to provide commercially focussed planning advice.
Matthew leads the commercial planning team in the Manchester office operating on a national basis. He has significant experience in advising clients on planning applications for complex development sites. His main areas of planning expertise are advising on development and asset management strategies for retail warehouse, shopping centre, leisure and commercial development schemes.
