Mark joined Savills in December 2018 as a director in the building and project consultancy team in Manchester. He specialises in building project management.
Mark has over 25 years project management experience in the construction industry having started his career working for a main contractor before becoming a consultant. Mark’s wide ranging expertise spans a variety of sectors, including retail, leisure, commercial, education, residential and hotels.
Mark has an in-depth knowledge of the construction of complex new build projects and large scale refurbishments. He has detailed understanding of design, programme, cost and contract management.
He has a hands-on approach with good analytical skills and commercial acumen which allows him to make a positive impact on delivering projects.
