Louise Richards

In 2024 Louise relocated to Manchester to join the Manchester development team specialising in residential agency and strategic land across the North West region. Louise qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2023.

Louise has worked with a range of clients including estates, private individuals, Master Developers Homes England, housebuilders, promoters and property companies.

Louise is experienced in advising clients on both disposals and acquisitions of built stock and greenfield & brownfield development land.
