Liam Wild

Liam began his career at Savills in 2019, joining the client accounting team within the property management division as an apprentice. Since then, he has progressed steadily through the business, moving from client accountant to senior client accountant before reaching his current position as associate client accountant, a progression built entirely within Savills and reflective of his commitment to the firm and its clients.

Throughout his career at Savills, Liam has developed a deep understanding in client accounting within the retail and shopping centre sector, taking ownership of some of the firm's most significant client relationships and building his own dedicated team along the way.

Liam holds the AAT qualification and is currently working towards his ACCA, reflecting a consistent drive to succeed and to hold one of the highest professional accreditations.

As associate client accountant, Liam leads his own team within Savills property management division, serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of major shopping centre clients. 

Liam takes a proactive approach to client relationships, prioritising clear communication and the swift resolution of queries. His background in the retail and shopping centre industry means he can anticipate the financial complexities his clients are likely to face and manage them effectively.

Away from the desk, Liam is a keen sportsman, playing golf, padel and racquetball alongside going to the gym on a regular basis. He is always up for a round or court booking with anyone willing to take him on. Manchester is very much home, and he enjoys everything the city hs to offer, from it's restaurant scene to it's sense of community. 

Liam also plays an active role in Savills charitable efforts and is a key member of the Manchester charity committee. When he gets chance, he loves to travel and explore new places.
