Jonathan joined Savills in 2016 and has progressed through the business to director within the Industrial and Logistics team. He advises occupiers, developers and investors across the North West, providing strategic property advice on acquisitions, disposals and development opportunities.
Jonathan works with a wide range of institutional investors, developers and occupiers across the industrial and logistics sector. His client base includes M7 Real Estate, Mileway, Indurent, Hines, Royal London Asset Management, Swiss Life Asset Managers, Axel Logistics, Tritax Big Box REIT and LondonMetric Property, advising on acquisitions, disposals, leasing strategies and asset management initiatives throughout the UK.
Jonathan specialises in landlord leasing, land sales and development acquisitions, providing strategic advice throughout the asset lifecycle. His experience spans leasing strategies, development opportunities, acquisitions, disposals and asset management initiatives.
Outside of work, Jonathan is a keen golfer and can often be found on the course at weekends. He is a passionate Manchester United supporter and enjoys keeping fit through cycling and running. He also loves travelling and exploring new destinations whenever time allows.
