Jonathan joined Savills northern planning team as a senior planner in 2016 and specialises in securing consents for residential development.
Jonathan has worked in planning since 2007, with experience across the public and private sectors. He has worked on a range of major developments including large residential schemes, industrial/commercial projects and retail proposals.
Providing commercially focused planning advice and identifying planning opportunities, Jonathan devises planning strategies and sees these successfully through to conclusion. He has experience in negotiating complex section 106 agreements, relating to highway works, and affordable housing/education payments.
